Hi, I'm Vanessa


I am an American photographer now living in Aruba doing the island thing 🩵


First off, thank you for making it this far 🤍 I am SO glad you are here. It means so much that you are considering me to photograph your story-- so here is mine- short and sweet.


Travel nurse goes to Aruba- doesn't want to leave. Aruba quickly drew me in! It wasn't until a few months later I met the love of my life. {So wild, right} Over a year later I found myself still here and submerging myself further into the beautiful Aruban culture and then -- after having our first born-- we decided this was going to be where our family called home.

So where does the big camera come in?

I decided to switch gears from healthcare into growing my business roots in Aruba. It has been an absolute whirlwind since that decision was made let me tell you! Working 24/7 365 on something I grew from the ground up- my little baby. "Dushi Bida Photography" truly was grown from my love of the island and everything that makes it Aruba. The terrain, the sunrises & sunsets, the salty air, the turtles swimming freely, the splashing waves, the happiness in the air, treating everyone as family, and the "good vibes only". Here we appreciate all aspects of the island and it would be an honor to show it to you as well 🩵 -Vanessa
